Who you are, what your moderation status is and what you have achieved does not inherently make you superior to others in a general sense, as we are all mere *Homo sapiens*.
We value community feedback, in fact decisions affecting this room/community will be made based on it (e.g., anyone can start a poll or dicussion), as well as transparent rationale. Moreover, people are free to branch the room in the case that admins have become unjust.

So long as we trust you, which is achieved by demonstrating a considerate nature through time, anyone is qualified to become a moderator. Whereas requests for admin necessitate needs and justifications corresponding to the power levels being granted. In other words, being an admin is not a privilege, instead it signifies a volunteer.
