MRS is an open-source project, MRS by itself doesn't store, index, and/or allow searching anything. If you come here to request changes in indexing (e.g., remove a room from search), you have to contact maintainers of a corresponding MRS instance, the same way as you don't come to the #synapse-dev:matrix.org, but use instance's contact methods.
Any removal request is treated as spam and the sender will be warned. If the warning isn't respected, the sender will be kicked.
