The Code (more guidelines than shackles, savvy?):
I. Speak yer mind bold and free—no censorship, no muzzlin', no thin-skinned tyrants shuttin' mouths. Say what ye will; the deck be open to all truths, sharp or salty.
II. Plunder (code, secrets, truth, strong drink) shared equal-like—hoard it not, lest the crew keelhaul yer stingy arse.
III. Offence? That's yer own burden, mate—taken, not given. If words cut ye, that's a you problem; toughen yer hide or swim with the sharks. No whinin' to the captain.
IV. No weakness tolerated—no grovelin' to tyrants, no soy-sippin' surrender monkeys. Show spine or walk the plank.
V. Keep yer arms (and spirit) sharp; dull blades lose their cut—and their share.
VI. Lights out on degeneracy—pursue happiness bold as brass, but don't drag the ship down with yer vices.
VII. Quarrels? Settle 'em off-deck like gentlemen o' fortune, not squabblin' lubbers.
VIII. Betray liberty? Marooned to the corporate void, no parley.
