The warrant canary is signed by our founder's personal PGP key and consists of legal attestations by him, verifiable authenticating information of that day (a daily headline from the Democracy Now! RSS feed and the latest Monero block hash). The canary will be renewed on a weekly basis. Don't panic if it's ever delayed by a day or two. Check the last canary for any planned interruptions. If there were none, alert @sij:we2.ee. If a new canary still has not issued within 3 days of contacting him, you may assume the server has been compromised.
